DELIVERY & RETURNS
Products are regularly dispatched within 48 hours of your order.
Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.
Note: the tracking number is displayed approximately 4 days after dispatch.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an initial confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail indicating that your order has been dispatched.
Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order, as it may be waiting at the post office, even if you have not received a delivery notice in your letterbox.
Good to know: the post office will keep your parcel for 15 days, after which it will be returned to the sender. You will then be asked for compensation so that your order can be sent out again.
